By gathering these data Xcelgo A/S acts as ‘data responsible’ and according to the law we provide you with the information on how and why we use your data and what rights you have regarding your data.

How we use your personal data

When you use our website

When you visit experior.support we use ‘cookies’ to collect data about you to customize and better our content. By collecting this data Xcelgo A/S acts as ‘data responsible’. If you do not want your data collected, you should opt out of cookies and delete your existing cookies. We have clarified which information we collect as data, its purpose, and which third parties have access to it below.

Experior.support does not collect any person sensitive information about you on the website, except for the information you put in to your profile or tickets.
What is collected and processed automatically is the following types of information: Unique ID, time and date for your visit, technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP-number, geographical location, and which pages you visit.

Cookies

When you use our login plugin, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish a ticket, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

It is important to note that a cookie cannot contain harmful code such as a virus.

When you send a contact form through our website

When you fill out a contact form on our website, we ask you to fill out name and email address.

We use this information to answer your inquiry, giving you the requested information about our services and/or products. We may also email you after your inquiry to follow up on your interest and make sure that we have answered your inquiry satisfactorily. We will do this based on legitimate interest in delivering the exact information needed regarding a possible sale.

We save your inquiry for 3 months before we delete it.

When you comment

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Embedded content from other websites

Support tickets on this site may include references to external content content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). External content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

How long we retain your data

If you make a ticket or leave a reply on a ticket the tickets and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up actions automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Your right as registered

You have the right to know which personal data we have collected about you, and you can ask us to correct it if it is wrong. If you have given your consent, you can at any time retract this consent.

If we treat your personal data with your knowing consent or in fulfilling a contract, you may ask us to give you a copy of the data in a readable format.

If we are using your personal data based on consent or legitimate interest, you may at any time request that we delete your data.

You have the right to request that we stop using your information temporarily, if you think we are using it illegally.

You may ask us not to use automatic data profiling to make professional decisions concerning you. As the norm, Xcelgo A/S does not use automatic data profiling.

Your right to complain

If you wish to make a complaint about our use of your data, we will prefer that you contact us directly so we can process your complaint. Otherwise, you can contact ‘Datatilsynet’ through their website at datatilsynet.dk.

Updates to this policy for protecting personal information

We regularly review this privacy policy and update it as our services and use of personal data develops. If we wish to use your personal data in a different way from what we do now, we will contact you to give you information regarding this and if necessary, ask for your consent.

We update version number and date for this document every time it changes.
